In 1994, Claudia - from Prato - and Paolo - from the Emilian Apennines - reopend a historical restaurant in Migliana. From this union comes the combination of typical proposals of these places, from the rich and genuine flavors of the past, to elaborated dishes. Local and seasonal ingredients are protagonists in a menu that includes - in addition to fresh pasta, Tuscan appetizer with tigelle, main courses of meat, with crispy fries and game, and vegetarian alternatives - even pizza and various kind of 'schiacciatine' and an offer of original desserts, exclusively homemade. The restaurant, with a family atmosphere, overlooks the most beautiful view of the Bisenzio Valley. It is the ideal place for ceremonies and events of all kind.
