Su pe' i' Canto
The restaurant is located in the historic center of Carmignano, inside an old cellar used once as a charcoal burner. The furniture is rustic in wood and the kitchen offers the characteristic dishes of the local tradition, following the rhythm of the seasons. It ranges from rabbit stuffed with dried figs and pears, to classic soups (ribollita, onion soup, etc.), from fresh stuffed pasta, to game sauces. Among the second dishes stand out the classic sweet and sour, typical of our areas, fried chicken or rabbit and in season fresh mushrooms.
